  9.  AB    The influence of the HIV virus on the central nervous system tracts has
  10.        been definitively shown. Over the past year we have affected
  11.        otoneurologic tests based on elicited auditive potentials and tests of
  12.        oculomotility on a total of 30 patients affected by stages II and III of
  13.        the disease. The results show that around 27 percent of cases present
  14.        alterations in the provoked auditory potentials and 20 percent in the
  15.        oculomotility tests. The results are compared with those of previous
  16.        studies.
